The process begins with our Sales team. You will be assigned a dedicated member from our Sales team. Our sales engineer will take the time to understand your company’s individual needs and look for innovative ideas to solve your automation or ergonomic problems in a cost effective way. Once your have chosen a solution, our sales engineer continues to work with you throughout the project to ensure that you receive the systems and components you are expecting.
The next step in the process is Engineering. The sales associate will communicate your needs and potential solutions to our Engineering staff. Together, our Engineering team and the sales engineer will begin to fine-tune your solution.
Using the latest technologies such as AutoCAD and 3-D modeling, we design and proof your solution which reduces engineering and design time and provides you with a better project visualization. Our Engineering team’s goal is to design a cost effective, high quality solution that can be manufactured in a timely fashion.
Once your solution is designed and ready to order, our Customer Service department will demonstrate what customer service is really about. We will help you place your order and see that your order is properly processed into our system. Should you have any questions about your order, our Customer Service team or your sales engineer is ready to help.
We our proud of our Manufacturing Department’s response time. Our engineering and manufacturing staff work side-by-side on all projects. This allows any design modifications to be made quickly and efficiently. This assures you, the customer, a product of the highest quality.
After the parts are machined in our in-house machine shop and assembled, they go through a rigorous inspection process. This inspection report accompanies all parts manufactured in our facility at the time of delivery.
Finally, our Service Department. Our Service technicians can install and test your solution within your facility to ensure that it meets or exceeds your expectations. Once your solution is in production, our service technicians are always available for preventative maintenance or any repairs should they be needed.
